What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. The short answer: only what running your account requires.

Last updated July 2026

1. What we collect

  • Account data: your name, email, and country when you register.
  • Verification data: identity documents when you pass the evaluation, collected once before your first payout.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment providers; we never store full card numbers.
  • Trading data: the trades, balances, and rule states on your Duskline accounts.
  • Technical data: the usual logs, IP address, browser type, and pages visited, kept to run and secure the site.

2. Why we collect it

  • To run your evaluations and funded accounts and calculate payouts.
  • To verify identity before paying out, which the law requires of us.
  • To keep the platform secure and prevent the prohibited practices listed in the rulebook.
  • To answer your messages and tell you about material changes to the service.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the providers needed to run the service, such as payment processors and identity verification, under contracts that limit what they can do with it.

3. How long we keep it

Account and trading data is kept while your account exists and for the period financial record-keeping laws require afterwards. Verification documents are kept only as long as those laws demand. Technical logs rotate on a short schedule.

4. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we're not legally required to keep. Write to support@dusklinecapital.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use a small set of cookies: the ones the site needs to work, and basic analytics to understand which pages help people. No advertising trackers.

6. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we email account holders before it takes effect.
